Self-Screening Checklist: Essential Requirements

All criteria in this section must be met. If not, we lovingly encourage you to explore other healing paths for now.

  • I am at least 21 years of age.

  • I have not been diagnosed with any of the following:

    • Hyperthyroidism (If unsure whether your thyroid is hyper or hypo, reach out.)

    • Congestive Cardiac Failure

    • History of Cardiovascular Accident

    • Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

    • Increased Intracranial or Cerebrospinal (CSF) Pressure

    • Psychotic disorder (e.g., schizophrenia).

  • I can refrain from recreational substances, including alcohol, for at least three days

  • I have a diagnosis of mania or bipolar disorder

  • I have been diagnosed with or suspect I have any of the following:

    • High blood pressure

    • Cardiovascular disease

    • Interstitial Cystitis (bladder inflammation)

    • Untreated Hypothyroidism

    • Epilepsy

    • Cancer
