Ketamine Assisted Shamanic Therapy Retreat
Savannah, GA
January 9-11, 2026
A Winter Journey
Reignite your inner flame in the season of stillness.

There comes a moment on the healing path when words can no longer reach the places that ache. The old stories have been told, yet something deeper still calls, a pulse beneath the surface, guiding you inward.
Remembering the Fire is a Ketamine-Assisted Shamanic Healing Retreat, a space where science and spirit meet to awaken the wisdom within. Through stillness, ceremony, and guided expansion, you’ll enter the inner realms where deep transformation unfolds. Here, what once felt lost becomes the key to your becoming.
Within this sacred container, participants are invited to connect with spirit guides, tap into soul source, and reclaim fragmented parts of self through the gentle merging of psychotherapy and shamanic practice. Guided by licensed mental health and medical practitioners, alongside skilled facilitators in sound, movement, and somatic integration, you’ll be held as you journey beyond talk therapy into the realm of embodied healing.
This retreat is a healing space for all identities and bodies. We honor every lineage, story, and expression, welcoming LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled participants with reverence, safety, and belonging.
True alchemy happens in the circle, in the stillness, and in the fire that rises when we journey inward together, remembering the light that has always been ours to tend.
Crossing the Threshold:
A Journey of Shadow and Rebirth
Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space crafted for deep, soul-level transformation. Within this sacred container, you’ll be held by the warmth of community and guided by the wisdom of ceremony, body, and medicine.
Through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, guided inner work led by a shamanic healer, and healing sound journeys crafted by skilled sound practitioners, we descend beneath the surface, quieting the inner noise so that deeper truths can rise. Together, we soften the defenses shaped by survival, listen to the body’s language, and welcome back the forgotten parts of self that have waited in the dark.
Over the course of this all-inclusive retreat, you’ll move through shamanic voyaging and drum circles, fascia release for stored trauma, intuitive singing to rediscover your inner voice, and transcendental breathwork to open channels of presence and flow. You’ll also engage in sacred circles, expressive arts, yoga, and integrative group processing, each experience designed to help you shed old layers and reclaim the vitality of your authentic self. Nourishing meals prepared with intention support your body as you move through release and renewal.
This is not an escape from life; it is a return to the heart of who you are, a journey of remembering, where every emotion, every story, and every body is welcome.
Here, you are witnessed, supported, and invited to begin again, carrying the flame forward into the next season of your becoming.

Experience the healing power of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, a gentle, supported process that allows you to explore the deeper emotional patterns shaped by pain, helping you reconnect to safety, clarity, and self-compassion.

Be supported by a licensed holistic, trauma focused nurse practitioner and midwife who will look at all aspects of your physical and mental wellbeing.

Step into a circle of kindred souls where healing unfolds in connection and reflection. In community, the medicine moves deeper, and the bonds formed become part of your ongoing journey of remembrance.

Deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit through gentle yoga, sacred breathwork, and inner voice coaching; practices that invite stillness, restore balance, and awaken the wisdom within.

Experience sound-healing, touchpoints with nature, and artistic expression to gently move deeper into the healing space.

We’re GeorgAnna and Courtney — a licensed medical provider and a trauma therapist — coming together to offer something that’s long been missing in traditional healing spaces: a deeply supportive, evidence-based, community-centered experience for those ready to address the root causes of emotional and physical suffering.
GeorgAnna Wiley (she/her) CNM, MSN, APRN, WHNP, BSN, BA, CPM, FMA-CP brings over 20 years of experience in holistic women's healthcare, trauma-informed medicine, and mind-body healing. Her path began as a midwife and evolved through neuroscience, somatic medicine, and integrative care — always with a passion for helping women release trauma that shows up as unresolved pain, illness, or disconnection.
Courtney Terrell (she/they) LMHC, LPC is a licensed therapist, EMDR-certified, and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, specializing in helping adults work through anxiety, attachment wounds, trauma, and burnout. She is deeply passionate about helping people heal and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been left behind. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been and learning to live with authenticity, self-compassion, and fulfillment.
Together, we believe in the mind’s profound ability to heal — and that KAP can offer the right kind of shift when traditional approaches no longer reach deep enough. Our goal with this retreat is to create a safe, nourishing environment where you don’t have to do this work alone — a place to reconnect with your body, process held experiences, and step into lasting transformation within a supportive circle of care.
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books, tried the tools, and maybe even felt moments of progress — but something still feels stuck. Maybe you’re navigating depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or PTSD. Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, your sense of self, or the parts of you that once felt alive and whole.
If you’re craving deeper work — the kind that reaches beyond words and into the places where early wounds still live — this retreat may be the next right step.
We use Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a supported, intentional tool to help access those deeper layers: the inner child who was never fully heard, the protective parts that had to take over, the places where pain turned into patterns. Held in community and guided by experienced providers, this retreat offers a safe and nurturing space for shedding what no longer serves and allowing something new to emerge.
This isn’t a quick fix or a magic bullet. It’s not about bypassing your experience.
It’s about slowing down, being held, and offering your system the conditions needed for healing and the possibility of being reborn into something more whole, more connected, and more true. All are welcome here. We honor diverse experiences and aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

No, and we wouldn’t pretend they are. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t follow a formula. Each person arrives with their own history, nervous system, and needs. What we can guarantee is a carefully held space: one that’s structured, supportive, and grounded in clinical experience and trauma-informed care. Many people find that Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy helps them access and process material they haven’t been able to reach before, but how that unfolds is unique to you. Our goal is not to promise outcomes, but to offer a safe environment where meaningful change becomes possible.
This retreat is intentionally small, with space for only 8 participants. We keep the group limited to ensure each person receives the support, presence, and care this work deserves.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable unless the care team determines that participation is not medically or therapeutically appropriate.
Because our retreats are intimate and involve extensive preparation, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected illness, emergencies, or life events that may interfere with attendance.
Yes — when used in a medically supervised setting, ketamine is both safe and legal. It has been FDA-approved for medical use since the 1970s and is currently used off-label for mental health treatment, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related symptoms.
At this retreat, all ketamine dosing is overseen by a licensed medical provider, with careful screening for medical and psychological contraindications. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll be supported throughout the entire process — before, during, and after each session.
Yes — this retreat is structured around Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a core component of the healing process. While no one will ever be forced to take ketamine once on site, everyone attending is doing so with the intention of participating in a supported ketamine journey.
If you’re feeling unsure or have questions about whether this is the right fit, we welcome you to bring those concerns to your consultation. We’re here to help you make an informed, empowered decision.
