Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 08/27/2026
By purchasing a retreat, event, session, program, or experiential offering (“Offering”) from Inner Horizon Retreats, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1.Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited capacity of our retreats and the extensive upfront planning required, cancellations are subject to the following strict schedule:
Medical Screening Deposit: A $200.00 deposit is required to secure your booking and schedule your clinical evaluation. If our medical or therapy team determines during screening that you are clinically ineligible for ketamine treatment or that the retreat format is unsafe for you, this $200.00 deposit will be refunded to you in full. If you are approved, it is non-refundable and applies to your total package.
Final Balance: Full payment is due 14 days before the retreat.
Participant Cancellations: If you cancel 30+ days before the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus the $200 deposit. If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before, you will receive a 50% refund of the total package amount. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat, including for travel changes or personal circumstances.
2. Payment Authorization
You authorize Inner Horizon Retreats and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of the Offering. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Limited License for Included Materials
Some retreats or experiences may include written, digital, or audio materials. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use such materials. You may not copy, share, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Inner Horizon Retreats—including retreat materials, practices, workshop content, exercises, meditations, and digital downloads—is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Inner Horizon Retreats.
5. Retreat Participation & Conduct
You agree to participate responsibly and respectfully. Inner Horizon Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat or event if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to themselves or others. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
6. Assumption of Risk
Retreats may involve physical, emotional, or experiential activities such as movement practices, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided journeys, meditation, outdoor activities, and therapeutic processes.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
7. Scope of Medical Services & Clinical Safety
A. Limited Scope of Care: Medical and clinical services provided by Inner Horizon Retreats are strictly limited to the screening, prescription, and supervised administration of ketamine treatment during the duration of your scheduled retreat experience.
No Continuity of Care: We do not provide comprehensive primary medical care, ongoing psychiatric management, or long-term psychotherapy. Participation in a retreat does not establish a permanent, ongoing doctor-patient relationship beyond the scope of the retreat experience.
No Emergency Services: We do not provide emergency medical care or crisis intervention services. Clients experiencing a medical or psychological emergency outside of the retreat must contact 911 or visit their nearest emergency room.
Participant Responsibility: You agree to maintain relationships with your regular primary care physician and external mental health providers. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own personal physical and emotional limits.
B. Screening Requirements & Medical Discretion: The administration of prescription ketamine requires a formal clinical evaluation by our team prior to the retreat.
You agree to accurately and honestly disclose your entire medical and psychological history during the intake process.
Final approval to participate in the ketamine portion of the retreat rests solely with our licensed prescribing medical staff.
Our clinical team reserves the right to deny or halt treatment at any point before or during the retreat if they determine continuation is unsafe for your physical or mental health.
8. No Guarantees or Warranties
Retreats and experiential offerings are provided “as-is.” Inner Horizon Retreats does not guarantee any specific results, emotional outcomes, states of healing, or transformation. Your experience is dependent on your own participation, readiness, and personal context.
9. Travel & Logistics
Inner Horizon Retreats is not responsible for:
Travel delays, cancellations, or missed transportation
Weather-related issues
Lost or stolen items
Accommodation or meals not included in the Offering
Additional expenses incurred due to changes in personal travel plans
It is your responsibility to arrange travel insurance if desired.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Horizon Retreats is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, travel, or decision to attend the retreat.
